Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Opened beauty products
For hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetics cannot normally be returned unless the item was damaged or incorrect when delivered.
Resolution
After reviewing the case, we may arrange a replacement, exchange or refund using the appropriate method. Courier and payment processing timelines may apply.
